OUR GDPR EU AND UK REPRESENTATION SERVICE
We offer GDPR EU and UK representation. As part of Moore Global, we have offices throughout the UK and Europe and offer representation through our GDPR team.
We work collaboratively with you and your team. Implementing GDPR EU and UK representation requires us to hold your records of processing, alongside this we review your privacy policy to ensure it meets with current regulation in all relevant countries. We setup connected email addresses for direct communciation from your data request to our GDPR team.

DO I NEED GDPR REPRESENTATION?
The GDPR requires organisations not established in the EU to appoint a representative in an EU member state, if the organisation monitors the behaviour of individuals or if it is apparent that the organisation intends to offer goods or services to individuals in the EU. On leaving the EU, organisations in the UK will be subject to the same requirements.
In addition to this, when the UK leaves the EU, organisations not based in the UK who are offering goods or services to individuals in the UK or monitoring their behaviour will be required to appoint a UK representative, in order to comply with UK data protection law.
The Information Commissioner’s Office, has stated that ”the UK government intends that after UK leaves the EU, the UK GDPR will require organisations located outside of the UK, but which still have to comply with the UK GDPR, to appoint a UK representative’
